< back to logs after before

It’s my first day back in London, having spent 2 months at home living at my mum’s place.

Right now I’m feeling a bit nervous about keeping a routine and more importantly maintaining social contact with people.

Yesterday my dad drove me to London via a supermarket (thanks, Dad!) I’ve got a load of food in, so I don’t have to worry about that for a bit.

I’m halfway through my first week of holiday I’ve taken since lockdown began. I did a bit more studying last night - I’m learning how to program for Urbit, which I honestly think could become the future of personal computing (although, it’s possible that only developers will adopt it in the short-term or even long-term - see Unix).

I’m excited to use this time to learn and relax and I’ve scheduled a few meet-ups with my friends already. Hopefully this weekend we can have a bigger (distanced) get-together.

Anyway, it’s good to be back. I’m feeling hopeful.
